Care & handling

Treat it well and it keeps its promise.

Before opening

Keep sealed vials at room temperature, roughly 20–25 °C, away from direct sunlight and heat. No need to refrigerate an unopened vial.

Check the seal

Look at the cap and crimp before first use. If the seal is broken, the glass is cracked, or the liquid looks cloudy or has particles, set the vial aside and contact us.

After first puncture

Write the date on the label the first time the stopper is punctured, refrigerate as printed on the label, and discard the vial 28 days later, even if some liquid remains.

Watch the date

Every label carries a lot number and expiry date. Don’t use a vial past its printed expiry, opened or not.

Keep it secure

Store vials out of reach of children and pets. Dispose of used glass and empty vials according to your local rules.

Shipping

Packed and shipped from Arizona.

Orders will ship from Arizona to addresses in the United States, with tracking on every package.

Vials travel in protective, plain packaging so the glass arrives intact and the box doesn’t advertise what’s inside.

Carriers, rates, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout once ordering opens. We’d rather tell you then than guess now.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

What is bacteriostatic water?

It’s sterile water with a small amount of benzyl alcohol (0.9%) added. The benzyl alcohol slows the growth of bacteria, which is why one vial can be punctured more than once.

When can I order?

Soon. Add a pack to your cart and leave your email, and we’ll send one note when ordering opens. No spam.

Why discard after 28 days?

Twenty-eight days after the first puncture is the widely used limit for multi-dose vials. Mark the date on the label so you know when it’s time.

Does it need to be refrigerated?

Not while it’s sealed: room temperature away from light is fine. After the first puncture, follow the label and refrigerate it.

Where do you ship?

We ship from Arizona to U.S. addresses. Delivery options and costs will appear at checkout once we launch.

Is this for human or animal use?

No. This product is sold for research use only. It is not intended for human or veterinary use, and we don’t provide medical or usage advice.

What if my vial arrives damaged?

Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right. Full return details will be posted before launch.
